Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Talysto is a technology studio with a solid track record of delivering advanced technology platforms for our clients and partners.

This is is a part-time position with highly-flexible schedule, approx. 20 hour a week to start. You will provide general administrative assistance for the business including:

  • Report generation and updates
  • Quickbooks review and reporting
  • Client invoicing and AR
  • Payroll processing via Gusto
  • Occasional: Travel coordination, misc research projects

This is primarily an in-office position, but we are flexible for work-from-home once job duties are well understood.

Requirements

  • Basic accounting experience including chart of account organization, AR, AP
  • HR experience with onboarding, off boarding and payroll/tax-compliance issues
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Qualified to work in US
  • Ability to reliably commute to El Segundo, CA 90245
  • Accounting software: 1 year (Required)
  • Work Location: In office (hybrid)
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or other applicable major

Tools

Experience with some or all of these tools will be important for the ideal candidate:

  • Spreadsheets (Pivot table reporting ability)
  • Gusto HR
  • One or more of Quickbooks, Freshbooks, Xero
