Growth Marketer - SaaS and Lead Acquisition

Talysto is a technology studio with a solid track record of delivering advanced technology platforms for our clients and partners. We are building a new marketing practice in order to help amplify the impact of these technology capabilities for our internal initiatives and client projects.

The position will entail validating new product and business concepts, creating lead-generation flows, and optimizing existing marketing efforts.

This role involves 2 primary objectives:

  1. Develop content and user journey experiences to support marketing experimentation
  2. Move the needle on traffic generation, lead generation and revenue

This is full-lifecycle marketing position that includes:

  • Strategic planning to support objective-based marketing projects
  • Market research to identify personas and customer segments
  • User journey mapping
  • Landing page development
  • SEO and paid-acquisition planning
  • Performance reporting
  • Iteration and performance improvement

You will develop campaigns to validate product-market fit for existing offerings and provide feedback to engineering team on how to evolve product to achieve such fit. In some cases, efforts will focus on identifying and creating lead flow for new customer segments for existing offerings.

Experience with a broad range of tools and related services will be helpful. As part of the interview process you will be asked to share exmaples of similar efforts including quantifying performance and results.

Strong written and communications skills are required, as are hands-on knowledge of current marketing best practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or other applicable major
  • US Residency
  • 3+ years experience with digital marketing and promotion for web and/or mobile
  • Experience engaging with engineering teams for campaign support integration
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English)
  • Ability to conduct business analysis using spreadsheets and/or SQL
